We enjoyed the pool and fitness center. We also really liked the proximity to great food, shopping, and the airport. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The extra furniture in the room was convenient and useful.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and location to the Donald E Stephens Convention center along with parking on site nearby. The atmosphere was top class without feeling a push of bigotry upon yourself in everyone's presence.

We checked in, chose a room and used the room key through the app. It was nice to be able to go straight to our room w/out needing to stop at the desk since we had a late arrival. Location in proximity to airport it great.

They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with any questions I had.

Loved this hotel! We typically stay at Hyatt and enjoyed the more laidback and relaxed feel of this hotel. Will definitely be staying here moving forward. Staff was much friendlier and facilities were more family friendly.

We love the location of those property! One of our favorite things about staying here, is getting to watch the planes take off and land at O’Hare Airport. The pool is always fun… with a skyline view and skylights to help you feel like you’re soaking up the sun on those really nice days. Can’t wait for our next stay!

The hotel is a 7 minute bus ride from the airport on the hotel shuttle. It had a restaurant and bar and the room was spacious and fully fitted with coffee machine, TV with many channels, a cache of coffee and tea, a sitting area and a very comfortable King bed. The staff were very good and we got a late checkout to 1 pm.

Staff were very much helpful even through some confusions the atmosphere is exceptional plus having a Starbucks built in is always convenient. Rooms were good absolutely love the shower head in our bathroom.
